Shipping & Delivery
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order and shipped the next day after processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time may exceed 5 business days.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. There may also be delays due to customs clearance.
Once we receive the shipping notification, we cannot change or correct the delivery information. You, the customer, will cancel any replacements or refunds if correct shipping information is not provided at the time of email dispatch.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and take time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received by your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notification card may be left by the post office with information on how and where to pick up your delivery.
